
Starting the week after May 12th, I’ll be shifting from my current delivery-based meal-prep services into a more flexible, in-home meal prep model—and I’m really excited to start offering more customized options that better support my clients.
Each week, I’ll stock your fridge with
meals and snacks tailored just for you. This could include:
• One or two in-home visits for
freshly prepared meals
• A
dietitian-designed meal plan + prep to support your health goals
• Weekday lunches, prepped and labeled
• Healthy snacks and quick, grab-and-go breakfasts
These new services are all about giving you more flexibility, more personalization, and more time back in your week. And best of all, your meals are planned and prepared by a registered dietitian—so you can eat well without overthinking it.

As a Registered Dietician, I prioritize using healthy, wholesome ingredients that not only taste good but will also provide you with the energy and nourishment you need to live a happy, healthy life! I love Tieghan Gerard's recipes, the founder of Half Baked Harvest, and incorporate them into many of my weekly menus!

Meal prep pricing
There is no REQUIREMENT to subscribe to meals on a weekly/monthly basis. My goal is to make this as flexible and helpful for you! You can order all full meals one week, a mixture of full and half meals the next, and one half meal the next. Whatever suits you best on a weekly basis is how you should order! If you’re interested, please shoot me an email or schedule a call! I would love to chat.
I love working with my clients to customize my premade menus. If you have a food allergy, want to omit an ingredient, swap out meat for a plant-based option or change the protein, I will gladly work with you! My main priority is to create weekly meals you enjoy while also eliminating the time you have to spend in the kitchen!
*If you're desiring organic ingredients, an additional fee will be added to cover the cost of groceries!
Full-size meals
(serve 4-5 portions each):
1 meal: $50 2 meals: $100 3 meals: $150
Half-sized meals
(serves 2-3 portions each)
1 meal: $35 2 meals: $70 3 meals: $105
This cost covers my labor (weekly menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking, packaging & delivery fees). A one time fee of $20 will be charged when beginning meal services to cover the cost of containers I will purchase for us to swap back and forth each week!
