
A new approach to food relationships
This one-on-one counseling session is where we get to work together to understand the specific challenges you might face around your relationship with food and body. We will also be able to work together to overcome those challenges, work towards achieving your goals and ultimately help you live a happier, healthier life!
If you live near Indianapolis, IN, I offer in person sessions; however, if you’re located elsewhere, I also do virtual sessions as well!

The counseling process
FREE discovery call!
During this call we will get to know one another and see if we would be a good fit to work together! I want to get to know you, hear your goals/desires and figure out how I can best walk alongside of you on this journey.
Initial Consultation
Here is where we will talk about your history with your relationship with food and body! We will also do a health assessment by reviewing your medical history, food likes/dislikes, any intolerances you may have, and discuss goals you would like to achieve from our time working together. This time together will be the springboard for us to launch into out weekly sessions together, ultimately leading you towards freedom and greater nutrition knowledge!
60 Minute Follow-Up Sessions
These follow-up sessions will be structured based on your individual goals/needs. Every session will be tailored to you! Each week we will come up with a plan together to ultimately lead you towards achieving your goals! These sessions will be guided by any challenges, questions or thoughts you had over the past week that you would like to discuss and work through together. Nothing is off the table!

Building a balanced plate
Each macronutrients plays an equally important role in maintaining the body's systems and structures. Therefore, it's VITAL we don't exclude or restrict any of these beneficial macronutrients! All macronutrients are needed in large quantities to provide you with the energy you need to survive and thrive!
