How does your service work?
We’ll start with a consultation to discuss your goals, preferences, dietary needs, and kitchen setup. Then I’ll create weekly menus tailored to you, shop for groceries, prep everything in your kitchen, clean up, and leave your fridge fully stocked with fresh, dietitian-approved meals. Depending on the package you choose, I’ll either come once or twice per week!

Do I need to be home while you’re cooking?
Not at all! Many clients aren’t home during their prep sessions. As long as I have access to your kitchen and the info I need ahead of time, you can come home to a clean kitchen and a fridge full of ready-to-eat meals.
What kinds of meals do you make?
Everything from balanced breakfasts and protein-packed lunches to wholesome dinners, snacks, sides, and even sweet treats. Menus are fully customized based on your needs—whether that’s fueling workouts, supporting digestion, feeding your family, or managing a health condition. We will discuss your likes, dislikes and preferences prior to me beginning to make weekly menus. Each week I will make sure you’re happy about the menu and it suites your taste buds!
Do you have to cook out of my kitchen or could you drop off weekly meals?
I have found it easier on both my clients and myself to prep out of your kitchen and stock your fridge right then and there. However, if you’re more interested in weekly meals just being dropped off on your doorstep, don’t hesitate to reach out and I will see how I can best help and make it work!

Weekly Meal Prep
If you're looking for a consistent, low-maintenance way to keep your fridge filled with healthy meals, this package is for you. It gives you enough meals to last the week, with the grab-and-go convenience of takeout—only fresher and healthier, and customized for you.
Here’s how it works:
Once a week, I come into your home and prepare multiple meals tailored to your preferences. I create a new menu weekly—whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, or all of the above— based on your and your family’s tastes. I handle everything from menu planning, grocery shopping, and meal prep to stocking your fridge and cleaning up. All you have to do is open your fridge and enjoy.
You’ll also receive a simple reheating and preparation guide, so you know what goes with what and how to enjoy each meal at its best.

This package is similar to weekly meal prep, but with an added focus on freshness and variety. With two visits per week, your meals are always freshly prepared and ready to enjoy. If you find your healthy habits start to fade by the weekend or you’re tired of leftovers by midweek, this is a great way to stay consistent—without getting bored.
How it works:
I come to your kitchen twice a week—typically Mondays and Thursdays—to prepare meals that stay fresh and delicious until my next visit. This option allows for greater variety and keeps your meals exciting, fresh, and nutrient-rich throughout the week.

This is where my chef services and dietitian expertise come together to help you reach your health goals—whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, managing a condition, eating more fiber, or simply creating a more nourishing, intentional routine.
How it works:
We start with a comprehensive consultation, where we’ll dive into your nutrition goals, health history, preferences, and lifestyle. This conversation helps me craft a personalized meal plan that supports your goals and works for your real life.
Based on our discussion, I’ll create weekly menus that:
• Match your macro and calorie needs
• Help manage specific conditions (blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.)
• Increase variety and micronutrient intake
• Support performance, recovery, or other personal goals
Once we’ve built the plan, I’ll take care of everything else—grocery shopping, meal prep, fridge stocking, and cleanup. Your meals will come labeled with macronutrient breakdowns and reheating instructions.
